§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThe broadcasting Authorities are primarily responsible for extending and improving the UHF coverage of their television services. The BBC tells me the UHF television coverage in the Llanrwst area should be satisfactory. Nevertheless, at a meeting on 28th June with representatives of the local communities concerned, the BBC promised that it would carry out further detailed surveys in the four areas to determine whether, and to what extent, improvements might be made.
