asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science (1) what has been the ratio of teachers to administrative personnel in the education service for each of the past three years;

(2) what has been the ratio of teachers to administrative personnel in North Yorkshire for each of the past three years;

(3) what has been the ratio of teachers to administrative personnel in Cleveland for each of the past three years.
