§ Mr. BishopI refer my hon. Friend to the reply given yesterday to my hon. Friend the Member for Carlisle (Mr. Lewis).—[Vol. 943, c.40.] A green pound change has no direct effect on the retail price of milk for liquid consumption, since the maximum retail price is determined by Ministers in the light of a wide range of factors.
