§ Mr. John GrantI am advised by the Manpower Services Commission that figures are available only of firms which satisfy the minimum 3 per cent. quota of registered disabled people. At 1st June 1977, 18,696 or 37 per cent. of firms satisfied the quota, as did two Government Departments.
