(2) in the event of a refinery being planned for British National Oil Corporation, if he will have talks with the North-West Regional Enterprise Board with a view to siting it in the North-West area;
(3) what consideration has been given to British National Oil Corporation's undertaking petrol retaining.
§ Dr. J. Dickson MabonHer Majesty's Government's policy is that BNOC should develop into a fully integrated oil company. It is too early to determine the precise character and timing of such development or to predict what consultations might be desirable in that connection.
