§ Mr. MeacherThe standard facilities of the Export Credits Guarantee Department are available for exports on short-term credit to the People's Democratic Republic of Yemen. Transactions on longer credit terms are considered on their merits in accordance with the criteria normally applied by ECGD to such business.
