§ Mr. Denzil DaviesThe document is a consultative paper, and the Equal Opportunities Commission has asked for comment on it from a variety of organisations and individuals. My right hon. Friend looks forward to hearing from the Commission in due course how people have reacted to it. In the meantime he has asked the Inland Revenue to consider the points which are made in the paper and the implications of the options which are set out in it.
