Osbornasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he is discussing with the EEC the support of agriculture and horticulture in marginal and less favoured areas by means of a rural development grant as part of a regional policy, or other less favoured area grant scheme, to be financed by a levy on production from the richer agricultural areas.
