The Lord AdvocateThe bulk of my Department's banking business is conducted through the Paymaster-General's Office. Banking arrangements are made locally by procurators fiscal in every part of Scotland to suit their particular circumstances. All such arrangements are subject to review, but formal competitive tenders are not sought.
