§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for Industry what progress has been made in finding methods of implementing the proposal of the National Enterprise Board that arrangements be made between Liverpool Corporation, his Department and a developer, to build a speculative office block in Liverpool so as to attract office employment from outside the assisted area.
§ Mr. CryerThere are a number of practical difficulties in implementing the proposals, but my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Industry are considering further what might be done.
