§ Mr. EadieNo. In his 15th December statement—[Official Report, c. 308–310]—my rt. hon. Friend explained present action and future proposals for encouraging the employment of disabled people in the public sector, including the nationalised energy industries. I would add that unregistered disabled people—for example, many disabled coal miners—employed in the energy industries are not included in the returns published in the Department of Employment Gazette.
