§ Mr. OakesNo change in the general method of financing student unions has taken place since 1971 but, as the hon. Member is aware from the replies that I gave to his Questions on 14th November 1977—[Vol. 939, c.68–69]—consultations on this subject are now taking place with interested bodies.
