§ Mr. John GrantThe bulk of my Department's banking business is conducted through the Paymaster General's office. Where it is necessary to establish other banking arrangements, account is taken of local circumstances as well as of the scale of charges. All such arrangements are subject to regular review but formal competitive tenders have never been sought.
