Friend to my answer of 16th December 1977.—[Vol. 941, c.437.]—The Chairman of the Health and Safety Commission is unable to give me a firm date for the completion of its review. This is a complex subject. There may well be a need for further discussions with interested parties, but it is too early to say what form these might take.
