§ Mr. OakesMy Department does not prepare figures of per capita expenditure on education for each local education authority, but following is the information derived from analyses contained in the Education Estimates Statistics 1976–77 published by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, copies of which are in the Library.
