§ Mr. Newensasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (1) how many of the persons arrested by the Hong Kong Special Branch between 15th November 1976 and 15th December 1976 were ultimately expelled from the country; and on what grounds;
(2) how many of the persons taken into custody by the Hong Kong Special Branch between 15th November 1976 and 15th December 1976 were Government employees.
