§ Mr. MeacherAt 1st April 1977 the total amount of refinancing provided to the clearing banks by the Export Credits Guarantee Department for fixed-rate sterling export credits for periods of two years or more was £2,134 million. I estimate that the comparable figure at 1st April 1978 will be £2,003 million.
