§ Mr. EnnalsSince 9th April 1976, 48 letters have been addressed to me by my hon. Friend. These have all been answered by other Ministers in my Department as they concerned subjects which, because of the volume of correspondence I receive, I have asked my ministerial colleagues to handle on my behalf.
