§ Mr. Joel BarnettThere are still payments outstanding in respect of the nationalisation of British Aerospace and British Shipbuilders. Compensation has still to be negotiated for those securities in the companies nationalised under the terms of the Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries Act 1977 which did not have a stock exchange listing during the relevant period.
