§ Mr. BishopConsultations between the Community and Norway, Sweden and the Faroes on reciprocal fishing arrangements for 1978 have not yet been concluded, although interim arrangements have been agreed with Norway and Sweden. Reciprocal fishing with the Faroes other than a small amount of fishing by long-liners has been broken off until such time as an agreement satisfactory to both sides can be reached. It has not so far been possible to negotiate a resumption of member States' fishing in USSR waters.
