(2) how many town planning appeals where an inquiry has been held and a decision is to be taken by the Secretary of State have been outstanding for more than 45 weeks;
(3) how many town planning appeals where the decision is to be made by the inspector have been outstanding for more than 26 weeks.
§ Mr. Guy BarnettThere are 535 appeals outstanding after 26 weeks; 138 after 37 weeks; and 111 after 45 weeks.
These figures relate to appeals under Section 36 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971.
