§ Mr. Gregor MacKenzieThe Government would wish to see the continuation of the present North Sea herring ban in 1978, and the attainment of the Community agreement to this has been one of our aims during the discussions this week at the Fisheries Council in Brussels. These discussions have not yet concluded.
