§ Mr. Guy BarnettThe total number of householders in England and Wales 145W who received rate rebates during the year ending 31st March 1977 was 2.67 million. I estimate that a further 1.2 million householders were eligible for rate rebate but did not claim during that year. The total value of rate rebates granted in that year was £126.6 million.
