§ Mr. Simsasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what consultations he has held concerning the proposal to move the Laboratory of the Government Chemist to West Cumbria; whether the change of location will affect the extent 164W because of prolonged staff sickness, six beds were provided in another ward during this period and admissions continued. The unit reopened on 16th January 1978.
