§ Mr. William RodgersI am aware of reports concerning the Didcot distribution centre but developments seem unlikely to have a significant effect on the volume of freight traffic transported by rail. As for an inquiry, I am not clear what role the hon. Gentleman has in mind for one or the powers under which it could be established.
