§ Mr. Tebbitasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will publish (a) the study of the economic impact of route charges upon users made by Eurocontrols' Consultative Group on Route Charges, (b) the detailed analysis carried out before the Governments concerned took their decision to raise the rate of recovery of costs to 75 per cent. in April 1978 which showed that 100 per cent. recovery in 1980 would represent 4 per cent. of overall operating costs of airlines in the Eurocontrol area, and (c) the analysis currently being carried out in connection with the proposals for a recovery rate from April 1979.
