§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will give, for the longest and most convenient period of time, for the London Metropolitan Police area, the number of persons charged and found guilty of shoplifting and robbery, where those concerned were known to be other than British subjects and where these persons were visitors to Great Britain.
