§ Mr. HoramUp to the time of reappraisal, £42,000 had been expended by the Departments' agent authority on preparatory work. Subsequently, a further estimated £5,000 was spent on the reappraisal.
Staff costs and overheads incurred by the Department are not apportioned among individual schemes, but the direct expenditure on public exhibition and inquiry costs was about £500.
