§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will now take steps to circulate to all desks in his Department and all posts abroad the amendments to the treaties establishing the European Communities including the amendments to Articles 203 and 204 of the Treaty of Rome concerning the new powers of the Assembly over the EEC budget.
§ Mr. JuddThe texts of the treaties establishing the European Communities, together with amendments, including the amendments to Articles 203 and 204 of the Treaty of Rome concerning the powers of the Assembly over the EEC budget, have been supplied to all those in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and to those posts overseas whose work demands familiarity with the treaties.
