§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Trade when he expects to make a final decision on the export of tropospheric scatter equipment to South Africa, in the light of the Security Council mandatory arms embargo against South Africa.
§ Mr. DellMy hon. Friend the Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs informed the House on 5th December that a review of our policy is being carried out. That review will be completed as soon as possible. In the meantime, I can make no further comment.
