§ Mr. Sproatasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer further to the answer to the hon. Member for Aberdeen, South of 6th December 1977 by the Secretary of State for Social Services that the cost of child benefits in 1978–79 will be £1,650 million, what estimate he has made of how much of this sum will be clawed back in tax.
