§ Mr. Carsonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he plans to bring Belfast Airport into line with the rest of the United Kingdom's main airports by replacing the private security contractor with a publicly accountable force recruited by and responsible to the Airport Authority with agreed and approved training methods and consistently enforced security procedures.
