(3) what was the total amount of grants to the arts in England and Wales in 197677 by the Arts Council of Great Britain; and what percentage of the total cost of 663W the arts in England and Wales this represented.
§ Mr. OakesInformation on Arts Council grants is given in the recently published annual report and accounts, a copy of which is available in the Library. Information on local authority grants, on income from ticket sales and on the total cost of the arts is not collected by my Department.
