Members for Manchester, Withington (Mr. Silvester), Christchurch and Lymington (Mr. Adley) and Reading, South (Dr. Vaughan) on 7th February—[Vol. 943, c. 1210–12]— save that I understand that the Pearson Commission's report has been completed and is expected to be published shortly.
