HC Deb 27 February 1978 vol 945 c7W
Mr. George Cunningham

asked the Lord President of the Council what investigation has been made by the Government in connection with its devolution policies to find out which countries in the world have devolved legislation powers to a part, but only a part, of the country; and in which countries such an arrangement was found to exist.

Mr. Foot

I refer the hon. Gentleman to my reply to his intervention on this matter during the Third Reading of the Scotland Bill.—[Vol. 944, c. 1597–8.]
