§ Mr. MoyleThere is no such proposal. However, Trent Regional Health Authority recently set up a working party to look into the medical staffing of the radiotherapy services in Derby and to examine its viability.
It is estimated that about 15 patients from South-East Staffordshire Health District attended the radiotherapy unit at Derbyshire Royal Infirmary during 1977 and that each made about 15 visits.

§ Mr. MoyleTrent RHA's regional strategic plan 1977–86 contains a proposal to transfer the sub-regional service for neurology and neurosurgery provided at Derbyshire Royal Infirmary to the Queen's Medical Centre, Nottingham, when completed. No date for the transfer has yet been proposed. Information as to the number of patients from South-East Staffordshire Health District using this facility is not readily available.
