§ The Solicitor-GeneralNo discussions have taken place in the EEC Council of Ministers on the proposed arrangements18W for the accession of the new member States to the EEC Judgments Convention contained in Council Document R/2962/76. These proposals will next be considered by a working party of experts on 10th-14th April 1978.
§ Mr. Spearingasked the Attorney-General which, if any, of the organisations and bodies named in his Written Answer, Official Report, 25th January, column 607, have made objections to, or criticisms of, the terms contained in EEC Council Document R/2963/76 concerning reciprocal enforcement of court judgments in member States.
