§ Mr. Rostasked the Secretary of State for Trade what is the present capital value of the Air Travel Reserve Fund; what is the annual income; what payments have been made from the fund over the past year, and how it is proposed to distribute the balance.
§ Mr. MeacherI refer the hon. Member to the replies which I gave to the hon. Members for Hertfordshire, South-West (Mr. Dodsworth) and Ashfield (Mr. Smith) on 14th November and 5th December respectively. The annual report and accounts of the Air Travel Reserve Fund Agency were laid before the House on 26th January. The fund will continue to be available to meet claims arising from the financial failure of licensed air travel organisers.
