§ Mr. GoldingThe total number of staff employed in the Manpower Services Commission on 1st January 1974 was 12. On 1st April 1974 5,446 staff were transferred from the Department of Employment to the new Training Services Agency and on 1st October 1974 12,424 staff were transferred to the Employment Service Agency. The number of staff in post at 1st January 1978, excluding casuals, was:
