§ Mr. LuardHer Majesty's Ambassador reported that the detainees were living in barracks, their quarters were clean and dry, and their food adequate but dull.716W Material conditions seemed comparable with those of the rural populace, but the Ambassador made a number of suggestions to the Indonesian authorities on how to improve the detainees' conditions.
