§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will give an up-to-date statement of the number of occasions since the Secretary of State for Transport made his radio appeal to persons not to use their cars and use public transport or walk during the present oil tankers drivers' industrial dispute when top civil servants who normally use Government cars to convey them to and from their Whitehall offices to the 611W railway stations have declined to use official cars and have used public transport.
