§ Mr. Canavanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland which local authorities have submitted housing plans which involve no local authority housing construction.
Mr. Hugh D. Brown: The housing plan of only one authority, Ettrick and Lauderdale, involves no expenditure on new house building once the schemes already under construction are completed. This authority does, however, propose expenditure on council house improvement.
