§ Mr. John MorrisIt is not possible to identify precisely the effects of withdrawal of regional employment premium among the many other factors affecting the level of employment. Detailed studies have therefore not been made, but I am satisfied that the additional resources made available for other employment creating measures are having a substantial effect in relieving the present high level of unemployment in Wales.
