§ Mr. GoldingFishermen—except share fishermen who are in effect self-employed—are already covered by the Redundancy Payments Act 1965.
Sections 22, 29, 35, 53, 57, 58, 59, 61, 64, 65, 70, 81, 99 and 100 of the Employment Protection Act 1975 do not apply to share fishermen.
Sections 99 and 100 of the Employment Protection Act 1975 do not apply to other fishermen who form part of a crew of a seagoing ship.
