§ Mr. MoyleThe study being undertaken by the area health authority is a part of the normal planning activity in preparation for reorganisation of hospital services. It involves discussions between officers of the health authorities and the professional staff concerned, and I understand that these discussions are going on at present. It is for the area health authority to decide whether the conclusions should be published.
