§ 19. Mr. Mawbyasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what is the present state of negotiations between the EEC and third countries with regard to reciprocal fishing rights.
§ Mr. BishopProvisional agreement has been reached with the Farces on reciprocal fishing rights for 1978, and the Community has also made good progress towards agreement with Norway and Sweden. All arrangements agreed provisionally are subject to ratification by the Council of Ministers and the Governments of the third countries concerned.
