§ Mr. Harold WalkerI have had discussions with representatives of the union and the employers and have made it clear that I firmly believe that the best way to bring an end to the casual nature of employment in the fishing industry is through negotiated agreement between the two sides of the industry. I hope that progress will be made in further discussions.
