§ Miss Margaret JacksonMy Department is publishing today a leaflet, prepared with the help of the Home Office and the local authority, teachers and staff associations, which is designed to stimulate discussion within authorities, and between one area and another, by offering a list of possible measures that might be taken to reduce wilful damage. The leaflet is being sent to all local education authorities, and copies have been placed in the Library.
