Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Energy whether, in view of the changed circumstances resulting 123W from the refusal of the trade unions to accept the offer of the employers in the electricity supply industry of 2nd February, he will now seek to involve the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service in discussions with the disputing parties to prevent the threatened industrial action by the workers.
