Whether they intend to allow the town of Corby, which was deliberately created by central Government to be a one industry community, to continue to decline in fortune and morale, or whether they intend to fill in the growing

Member States of the United Nations have Heads of State who are also Heads of Government and also in which Member States the two offices are divided.

It is not always possible to make clear-cut definitions of the constitutional position in other countries. But from the sources available the following Member States of the United Nations have Heads of State who are also Heads of Government:—

male employment void with other industries; and if so, how and when are they going to do it.

The Government are fully aware of the employment problems in Corby due to the reduction in activity at the steel works and despite the Corby Development Corporation's considerable success in attracting new industry to the town. We shall take every appropriate opportunity to encourage new investment in the town and we have specially allocated over £2 million for advance factory development in Corby in 1978–79, plus a further similar sum for housing and house improvements there.
